Atlas Defense Group, Inc is seeking to fill several weekend armed-positions in the University City and Carmel Valley areas.
University City Area:
Jewish Community Center requires 2 armed guards during operational hours.
Duties are to be station at each guard station, monitoring cameras and remote access control.
- Must be a visible presence when congregants and guest are entering the facility.
- Must greet congregants and guest.
- Access control includes, but not limited to: inspecting packages and bags if warranted, checking in visitors, remotely granting access, taking deliveries.
- Foot patrols of the interior and exterior as needed.
- Respond to emergencies.
Morning and Swing shifts available. Start and end time can vary. However, standard times are as follow:
- Morning Shift: 0700 - 1500 (Sat & Sun)
- Swing Shift: 1500 - 2300 (Sat & Sun)
Carmel Valley Area:
Jewish Community Center requires an armed guards during operational hours.
Duties are to be station at the main guard station, monitoring cameras and access control.
- Must be a visible presence when congregants and guest are entering the facility.
- Must greet congregants and guest.
- Access control includes, but not limited to: checking for access pass on vehicles before allowing them to enter, checking in guest, taking packages.
- Respond to emergencies.
- Morning Shift: 0800 - 1330. Mays be extended as needed.
Requirements:
- Current & Valid Guard Card & Exposed Firearms permit
- Must have or be able to complete the minimum training requirements.
- Interpersonal Skills / Professionalism
Compensation:
$22/hr during 90-day probationary period.
$23/hr after successful completion.
